CCL is used for IC substrates with a commercial formulation of 0%, 10%, and 20% by weight of CIRCUCARB TM

Application II

Carbon fiber composites

CIRCUCARBTM  epoxy resins are flexible thermosets while applying to carbon fiber composites

Ref sample was composed of flexible epoxy resin modified by polyurethane using 10.0 phr TETA
